A bit of help...

Hi. I need help with my TV and a RGB cable. The other day i bought one RGB generic cable, the same my friend has (it works perfectly for him). I have a LG european TV, and the problem is that i see some kind of blurry curved lines moving at the TV, it's not really molesting but sometimes, depending the colours of the game it is. I've tried everything, and i don't know what to do to solute this. I repeat, my friend doesn't have this problem

Btw, another little problem is that the sceen is a bit displaced to the left when i use the rgb cable (just a bit). And NTSC games are not full screen, are they supposed to be?
