  1. #1 Best Graphics On Ps2!

I'm sure most of you know this already, but I thought I would share "my" new discovery last weekend.

The t.v. I use to play ps2 on, crapped out over the weekend, so I went out and bought a new one.

It is a 14" Toshiba flat screen CRT, with component (Red, Green, Blue) hook ups for $109.99

At first, I connected with the cable that came with my Ps2 (Yellow video, red/white audio). The graphics look so much better than my old t.v.

I started to wonder if it was possible to hook up into those component plugs, and turns out it is.

I bought a set of cheap "Mad Cat" component cables for $9.99. Set my video out to component in my Ps2 system config, and gave it a try.

The graphics, and color is much, much better than the standard way Ps2 hooks into one video plug.

Give it a try. You'll be happy you did.

NOTE: If your t.v. dosen't support component, but supports S-Video, there is a cable you can buy for your Ps2 that will work with S-Video ($7.99 from where I looked). The graphics will not be as good as component, but better than the standard cable.
