Anybody deal with themodmaster.com?

Looking for some feedback both positive (which I have seen) and negative (which I haven't).
In short, I placed a chip order on 7-2-03 and as of today, 8-13-03, I still haven't seen anything. I have been given excuses, assurances and even a tracking number which for some strange reason didn't work . They seem sincere, but I am starting to question their intentions to honor this order. Hopefully, they are readers here and perhaps this will help expedite a solution to this dilemma.

No, it was a single small order, but as for warnings, I searched and found nothing but 2 positive posts regarding the current name. Unfortunately, I am not aware of his past name.
I thank you for the information and tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with paypal against him. It won't get me my money back because I was too cheap to buy the 3 dollar insurance, but hopefully it will cause him some grief.

Just an update in case anyone cares I did file a complaint even though it was conveniently past the paypal 30 day threshold for complaint. It will still be file against that persons account. I then sent modmaster an email stating the action I took and further asked that he either expedite a chip or refund my money asap. He still contends he sent it but did refund my money this morning and said to keep the chip if I ever get it ( I doubt it will ever show).
So Terminator, whoever this person is, he did make good with the money. Although the curious thing is, he said he sent two parts to make up for the confusion, now he says he still doesn't know what happened to the "chip", not "chips", which makes me believe for sure nothing was ever sent. I got my money back so all is good!
