Wouldn't it just be easier to do the swap method by opening up the drive and switching the disc that way with the ps2 Cover off? Also, if I install SNES station with this technique onto my memory card, will it still work even if my ps2 is unmodded?

It should, if I'm not mistaken.
...And yes, this is a swap method, I used to use it back when there was no mod for the SCPH-10000.
i am not entirely clear on how you would install Snes-station to your memcard without a dms3 chip.. im even less certain about how you would run it..
Swap method using GS or something, the running part I am unsure about, but I am also wondering if I can some how run it with out the mod chips, can I put the games into the program, that way I don't need to do the swap method every time I wanna play a game?
Also: Is this possible with the imbNES?
Alright, now I'm mad, I borrowed my friends GS2, and now I found out, that I can't use the swap trick with my V7. I have an unmodded V7, is there anyway I can do this? I don't want to play Backup copies, I just want to play imbNES, and SNES Station, nothing else.
i would think you need a set of swap magic discs.. or you might be able to get a friend of yours to install MR BRowns exploit to your memcard with his modded ps2..
for emu get an xbox much more fun
with an xbox you can just use the software exploit to boot then you can load every emu upto psone
