About LinkBacksafther ffx1 comes out this month i tink it will be very simple to cheek the way the game loads from the hdd and then make a softhware for the ps2 to boot games from the hdd also maybe it will be posible to play those games from the hdd online and bypass all the online protections for burned games???
that is my coment and i wold love to heard if my tinking is rigth, so what people tink here???

03-06-2004,05:20 PMAhem NO ****ING WAY. I have done a lot of research on the HDD. And alot of testing of stuff. To get a game to play from HDD you would have to re-write the entire game. To get online first you need to have both the same region ps2 as the game region and secondly the DNAS "patch" is a bit buggy. Also look for sony to patch the servers. Further the HDD patches the bios and disables all modchips. Lets put it this way, you're asking for the impossible if you want this buy an xbox.

03-06-2004,06:29 PMI thought there was a Linux amendment to some part of the PS2 when the HDD was installed, even if it wasn't the PS2Linux kit HDD... I'm probably off, but I thought something internal was changed when installing the HDD...
