Do you think it is wise for me to install a mod chip?
DUO on a v7.

I have some soldering experience, as thats what I do in one of my school subjects.

But what would i need to know?
Sept the diagrams. Such as how small the soldering tip needs to be etc.

Skills. Could you define that please. As I would not call myself new to soldering. but I do not want to break my ps2.

practice on an old computers board or something like that try doing the smallest points.if you have much experience at soldering very small points go for it check all your points for bridges before turning on and you should be ok. if you dont think you can do it look in the vendors area i had my v7 chipped and shipped for 45 dollars i think i paid 35 for the chip
