    Hi:

Here you have some ads and againts

    Ads:

    - v9/v10 will read faster and more flawlessly than v3/v4

    - v9/v10 lense are better than v3/v4

    - Install is practically the same difficult in both

    Againts:

    - You can suffer the v9 dead syndrome in v9 (i dont think you can in v10 but I dont know)

Well, what I mean, if your lense work perfectly, then mod your v3/v4. If it doesnt try to adjust the azimut, white cog, and pods, and if it works perfectly then mod your v3/v4.

Also if you are modding your v3/v4 buy a modchip v10 compatible, so if you want, you can buy a new v10 and mod it.

    Good Luck!!

    Hi:

Just test your ps2. If your original games boot quicky, then put a backup game in your ps2. If it is recognized as Ilegal Disc quickly. Your lense is OK

If backup disc are not recognized well, you may find problems to read them when your ps2 is mod (actually you have it modded or not)

If it reads original games difficultly, your laser needs adjustment or replacement

    Good Luck!

I just test my v5/6 ps2, it takes about 13 sec to recognise an illegal back up game and about 15 sec to load a orginal game and about 20 sec to load a DVD movie. (all disks are in new condition)

so is it normal loading time for the ps2? I am think to chip it now, but don't know if it will work. but the strange thing is I bought this one as a faulty lense item C it just confuse me.
