Wololo just updated his blog and the PSP game that you need for Teck4's exploit is Motor Storm Arctic Edge.
Edit: He doesn't mention it but it's available on the Australian PS Store

Sony pulled the game from all the market places before the exploit was even released... sadly I took too long to get it and missed my shot. Hopefully another one will come along in the not too distant future.
