Stuck in DEMO MODE! Help please?

Not sure if this is where to post for this so sorry in advance...
My PS Vita is stuck in DEMO MODE and wont snap out of it. I tried everything in the restore menu (updated via PC etc.)
All I currently have access to is the videos section and tutorial. No access to settings or anything else.
Any help on getting my system out of DEMO MODE would be met with great gratitude!!! Thanks.

hold your power button for like 30 seconds.
Then your in factory mode.
Click restart ps vita

unless he's the guy who went in with bolt-cutters to my local gamestop... the clerk said they got a good picture of you for the police and that it's a factory demo unit which can't be reset. also you're a jerk, i wanted to play with that!

I tried this... Just boots to DEMO MODE again :/

Haha it is a kiosk PSP not stolen. We decided to take it down because all the ones that have been stolen lately. I'm in TX btw so good luck to that Gamestop lmao.
