Firstly MNVO is Mobile Virtual Network Operators Meaning they use another carriers Towers such as H20 uses AT&Ts

so i got a H20 Wireless sim card and a 3g US version Vita so i decided to try the H20 sim card in it

it successfully shows as H20 Wireless with a 3g signal

although since i have no data plan on this sim card i unfortunatly can not test it all i know is it recognizes so if anyone can test this for me/evryone else that would be great

here's a list of US MNVO carriers and any one of them that shows AT&T should work and same for any other locked vitas in europe just have to find an MNVO carrier that uses the network your locked to

i'm looking at Net10 as my primary service provider in the future and they have unlimited data calling and text for $45 a month so could just pop that in the vita when i want data on it

wow awesome find . i think its sad that i can't put my NET10 sim card from my old phone and pop it into the vita because the sim card is bound to the phone it originally starts with so unless you can find a Net10 sim card by itself your not going to find that :3

Is the vita's baseband unlocked to allow you to use it with other carriers or is a hack to unlock it necessary?
