well to be honest, even the 2 gb option sux, i have 3g and monitor my internet usage because i have 5gb limited, and a 16-32 multiplayer game uses a pretty good amount of data. it is ok if you do like 4 player games, but if you do nice multiplayer games with alot of people (the more people your playing the higher the usage will be) then your gonna use that 2 gb up in a week or two. lol
they do that so when you go over the "cap" then they can charge your .50 cent a megabyte used, usually with a 200 dollar cap.

This is about the same as the smartphone plans currently available.

It comes to no surprise that there are severe limits in place here. 2GB is already very small. Add in any game/video/trailer downloads and some browsing and yeah....it's burnt out in probably less than a week of average online usage.

I think a lot of gamers are going to be very unsatisfied with the data limit, but add in the fact that AT&T service is unstable and has little coverage, and that is pretty much useless.

If your one of the lucky people to still have one of the unlimited data plans from a major carrier on your phone plan, get something like a Android phone with proper tethering features and get it rooted so you can use it without an extra tethering subscription, and use it with the wifi option of the vita.

You guys do know that it still has wifi right? How do you expect to use 2gb that fast on a device with 3 hours of battery life? Logically the majority of your vita use should be at home still, where you can wifi it.
