Yakuza 3 on multiMAN

Has anyone been able to play Yakuza 3 from MultiMAN? When i launch the game i get a few seconds of the loading screen, then just a black screen. Im on kmeaws CFW w/LV2.pkg , I think Yakuza 3 its self is the problem but im not sure; when i was still on geohots cfw doing eboots, this was the only game that just hung on the loading screen. I thought it would work now that kmeaws cfw supports BM, but nope it doesn't. I've been able to play Wangan Midnight successfully though

EDIT-- Could it be because i have the PS3 disc.SBF file and PS3_UPDATE FOLDER with the rest of the files?

I'm with the same set up as you, but I can't get Wangan Midnight to work after I FTP the whole game to hdd0/GAMES. Can't you tell me how you did it? thx.

basically what i did for Wangan was i extracted it from the rar files i downloaded, then i put it on my external HDD in the GAMES folder. booted up multiMAN (don't forget to run lv2 first) clicked no at prompt, clicked App_Home and it works. No modified EBOOT or anything; but someone gave me similar directions for Yakuza 3 and it doesn't work for me, it still just hangs at the loading screen. good luck though.

I'm on OFW + KMEAW CFW with package and Wangan midnight does not work. All I get is a black screen, no loading screen or anything. I tried putting it in LAUN12345 folder and in GAMES folder on internal hdd and nothing.

try playing it on an external hdd, Yakuza 3 didn't work for me when i was trying to play it from my ps3 internal, but when i tried the external hdd it worked, just put the game in a folder called GAMES on your external HDD and boot with multiMAN, it should work. do not modify anything, the eboot should be the same one it came with.

I have a funny problem on my yakuza3. It loads to the first cut scene(spear fishing) than black screen after the two characters start walking up the beach.

I'm on Kmeaw 3.55, tried both GAIA and Multiman, both int and ext HDD, all same results.
Any ideas how to correct this?

thats easy bud, buy the game
but on a more serious note, buy the game and back it up via mm and play, works 100%, perfect

Not trying to be an asshole, but most problems like this tend to be due to a pirated copy you guys download, i have yakyza 3 and many others that people say do not work, but they work if you have the original copy and rip from it

Try doing another backup, sounds like a bad rip.
