Where does Multiman download it's update to?

I pressed R3 while in Multiman and downloaded the new version v01.16.01. After installing the update from my install pkg folder, the file is still there. Where in the world is the file located so I can delete it with the filemanager.

Normally on USB drive.

that is to the root of a USB flash drive/memstick, not USB HDD.
