i have been using unban before i log in each time. But im still getting banned. I tryed to log in today and it wsays account is banned or temp suspended. anyway around this? does sony read these forums? I have only been online for a total of 2 days lol like 2 hours max time.

You may have a chance if you can find an unbanned console id. That may be pretty difficult to come by though.
