So I ripped Twisted Metal to my ext HDD and I edited the eboot, loaded it up and got a immediate black screen. Currently fixing permissions in MM, how long does this take usually? It has been more than 5 mins and still processing....my ext hdd's light is flash so I am guessing it is doing something right? Cant I edit the permissions in a FTP? If so, what permissions do I set it at? Thank you.
There's a ton of small files in that game. It'll take a little while. I know tthousand told you to edit the PARAM.SFO to change regions, but I didn't. I used the one that came in the patch. That might be your problem. TB doesn't like some modifications to the PARAM.SFO.
I thought bcus was a usa game? Becuase thats what it is a bcus.
Both the game and the patch were bcus? Make sure you're running from the disc icon not the app_home. You can't run it discless. No settings in multiMAN
What settigs dont i apply? And i am running with disc and still get a black screen with fixed permissions. Also the game preview does not have a movie and music playing when i gi to start it in the ps3 home menu. Is this normal? All my other games have it....
can somone please help me? Do i need to rip the game from kmeaws 3.55.2 and not from TB cfw?
also, I keep ripping the disc and no ICON1 PAM is ripped....the disc doesn't even have it why would the disc not have a preview movie? i put it in and go to view it in home and there is no preview. if anyone has the US version of twisted metal please send me the ICON1 PAM i would greatly appreciate it.
I got it working! you can delete this thread or w/e you have to do. gah it seems like most of my threads are useless, no wondering people blow them off :lol:
damn it! i install the game update and now it tells me this game needs v3.70 or higher to run! how do I get rid of this?
