There are three ways to update:
Manual Update:
* Download this file from the latest link above: SHOWTIME.SELF
* For those still using multiMAN ver. 02.09.02: copy the file in: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/SHOWTIME.SELF
* For those using mmCM ver. 04.00.00+: copy the file in: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/sys/SHOWTIME.SELF
Online Update:
Since version 02.05.00 of multiMAN you can update your SHOWTIME within multiMAN,
- by going to XMMB Video tab
- Press [TRIANGLE] while "Start Showtime" is selected
- Update.
Online Update (alternative):
You can also update your showtime.self by deleting it from multiMAN's USRDIR folder and play a video - you'll be prompted to download the updated version.

Also here is a standalone 3.55-4.21 DEX version, too:

Download Showtime 04.01.184 [DEX].pkg from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way
* Install the package
* Start Showtime from TV/Video column (it will quit to XMB the first time after it preps some data)
* Start Showtime again

10-13-2012,05:18 AMHaven't updated for a couple of releases now, does it play videos sequentially from a media server yet? Stopping after each video is a mild annoyance, and the option to play in sequence doesn't seem to work when it's playing from the network.
