So yesterday while doing some housework I decided to listen to some music. Pulled my external HDD from the PS3 and connected it to my comp to transfer over some music. In this instance it was "Dark Side of the Moon" by Pink Floyd...I used Showtime to play the music because it was already open (finishing season 1 of Torchwood)...I selected the first track from the "USB000" folder in the Showtime top menu and let it play. I went about my business for about a half hour. When I walked past my TV again I noticed that Showtime was playing the music but also a slideshow of random pics of Pink Floyd! I was somewhat baffled. So I pulled the HDD and reconnected to see if maybe there were pics that got transferred when I moved the music over...None...so I then decided to test my theory and formatted a USB flash drive to FAT32 and loaded one file : a 20 min DJ Shadow track. I then reconnected to the PS3 and again used Showtime to play the track, but this time I watched. At about 5 mins , instead of a screen saver it again started streaming pics, OF DJ SHADOW! So Im assuming that Showtime is streaming these pics from the internet, because my PS3 stays connected... Pretty awesome feature that I didnt know existed. Test it out and lemme know what you think!
Now for my question: I have a back up of Tekken 6 on my comp but I need a file splitter to move it to my external HDD ( it has a file thats 4gig+) I used to use PS Split, which I believe is a Dean K creation. But that was on my Windows PC. It has since died and I have been using a tower loaded with Linux Mint. Does anyone know of a file splitting program that I can use on Mint that will be recognized by multiMAN?

Are you sure the mp3/audio files don't have pics embedded into them?

Yeah...nothing attached or embedded in the files. Pretty crazy. I will now be using Showtime as my default music player tho. I really wish we could get a CFW with Showtime as default media player. Something built around MM + Showtime would be ideal...Maybe just wishful thinking....It is, by far, the second best thing about 3.55...#1 being mutiMAN of course!
As far as the picture "visualization" on Showtime, I would appreciate it if anyone else could test it out so I can know for sure.

Soothing backgrounds
While playing music and if Showtime enter screen saver mode it will animate a constant flow of images related to the currently playing artist. The images are downloaded using LastFM's web API.
