Problems with instalation

I'm getting an 80029567 error when trying to install multiman package on kmeaw cfw. I know there are several post about this in the forum but none of them addresses the problem directly, most of them just suggest upgrading to kmeaw cfw which I have.
My installation folders looks like this:

multiMAN ver 02.03.00 FULL (20110717-170000)
BDEMU-355. pkg
BDEMU. BIN
games (folder)

I have tried it both with and without the .bin
The only thing I can think of going wrong is the fact that I installed kmeaw from a pre-pathced file which to my knowledge contains lvl2 which can cause problems with mm, speaking of which I can't seem to find a kmeaw file without lvl2 patch.
Other than that I'm a ta total loss of whats going on. If you need any info pls ask.
Any helps apreaciated since i've been working for a couple of days on this and can't think of anything else to do. Help a guy out.

If its any help, any other package installs ok including BDEMU.

Thank you, I just posted this to try and geta few more views since multiman post is 1000000 pages long, If this is not ok mod pls close.
