probleme with themes

installed a set of themes called "Original theme plus 22 themes by condorstrike" , but each time that i try to change theme nothing happens. everything looks exactly the same in multiman ,only on xmb i see the multiman icon changes.

now i'm trying to install Project Multi Mayhem v0.5 but when i try to install pmm3 pkg it says:

a later version is already installed. there's no need to install this version.

what should i do ?
how can i uninstall the themes that are not working or how can i make them work ?

preferably uninstall (i like more how mayhem looks )

PS. i just installed n reinstalled multiman , now i have only the original theme an i still get the message

Uninstall multiman again, then go to dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608 and delete that entire folder (if its still there) via a file manager like comegie.

The theme pack you installed if for older (1.xx.xx) versions of multiMAN. Try to find a pack compatible with multiMAN 02.xx.xx.

just checked and i think that is not the problem

2. Install pmm3 pkg via XMB/Game/Install Packages on your jailbroken PS3 console

After you install a theme you must ACTIVATE (apply) it from XMMB multiMAN column -> Themes.

with the previous theme that had 21 i did that , but the theme didn't change , just the icon on the xmb. any way i uninstalled it.
but now i'm trying to install project maihem and each time i tru it says that a more recent version is already installed , even though there's no themes for me to choose besides the original one.

i'm kinda stuck
