Did u try other Backup Managers, and see if they can get them to work?!?!?
If others Managers load your Game, try multiMan again, first hit R1 and try, still dont work, try with Select+x, still not work, just use other Backup Manager.

Delete multiMan, and re-install the latest version clean.
okay I'm at a total loss as what do now
I quick formatted the hard drive then installed the original 3.55 sony firmware from the recovery menu and then installed the custom 3.55 firmware (also form the recovery menu) and it's still not working. All backups end up halting on a black screen or boot me back into the xmb.
I've tried rogero 8 and that doesn't work either.
Are you fixing permissions?
Are you deleting all game data?
Are you using a disc ?
I replyed to do that but it sounds like you skipped my messege or ignored it.
Please try those,Because those will stop most black screens and booting back to XMB.It doesnt matter if it worked before fine....you still need to fix permissions and all that .
So again DELETE ALL GAME DATA(Not save data), put a disc in and FIX PERMISSIONS.
its not multiman... im on 15.03and everything is fine... some games work diskless others dont, if i get black screened most of the time starting it from blue cd under games lets it start up just fine.. one is saw 2 its black screens from app_home but when started from blue cd it works.... what is the diff between the 2 it doesnt read the disk... i dont understand what makes the app_home and the blu ray disk method any different.
App_Home is for discless booting while the other is for disc aided booting. I wouldn't flash firmware on your ps3 over and over again that's for sure.If the games worked before on your firmeware and you updated to multiman and they stopped working then firmware isnt your problem and you run the risk of something ugly happening. Did you try everything that abacam suggested? I personally would.I would even try reripping a game that you know for a fact worked before and see if it does? Report back and we'll try to help ya.
I never had to fix permissions before as it seemed multiman did that for me.
I did install "FIX_PERMISSIONS_Waninkoko_Kmeaw_CFW_3.55.pkg" and ran it to fix permissions and now it works.
Thanks abacam for the suggestion. I wish I had known to try that first!
Hmm thats odd. I had to run the same fix permissions.pkg when I first updated to Kmeaw. Odd they worked at all after updating the first time. Glad you got it squared away though.!!!
No problem. Glad I could help.
Also, just to let you know, In multiman you have to hit a button to actually fix the game permissions. So if you thought that it was , it wasnt actually doing it automatically. Anyways incase your wondering, the fix permissions button with Multiman is R1. If your wanting to, you can delete the fix permissions you downloaded, as its the same one Multiman uses, and just use Multiman's Fix permissions( Just make sure you use the R1 Button)
