NEW! Multiman runing PS3 game from DVD-R!!!!

Zip/rar support woul be awesome. Unfortunately I believe it to be infeasible. Even if it could be implemented, it would add tremendously to load times.

i'm not talking about to play games in zip or rar files. when we use the web navigator, we can download something like rebug spoof in zip format and we need unzip the file into pc to put gain in the console to install it. I think that multiman can handle this files only for features of manager not for play games. that would be amazing!

I think for play games the best way is run a ISO files, like PSP :D smallest time to copy a game to/from hd!!!

i update my multiman to final 04 and not able to run my dvd backuped games. :facepalm:

Works fine here. Try to insert the DVD disc AFTER multiMAN starts. This feature is similar to the direct-boot one (although with much greater compatibility). The launched disc will assume multiMAN's game_id, which may cause trophy/game_data problems.

Hi Dean and how can I burn the image? tell me? just throw the folder in the root of an empty DVD disc and start burning?

You need PS3_GAME folder in the root and PS3_DISC.SFB file in the root, too.

hi Dean ... I did so yesterday ... I was able to run Dark Sector due to the fact that he is small in size, but I was not able to run Call of Juarez Bound 'n' Blood - it is also placed on a DVD 5 disc ... just BSOD and freezes console? Why? your way more raw? and failed to run 2 games recorded on DVD-DL your multiman does not work with DVD-DL? or to do any special settings then? I think you definitely need to add support for DVD-DL as the most common carrier in contrast to the BDR as yet, and games that can fit on DVD 5 is very small - need to support DVD-DL .... A surprising number of people you say Thank you!

I read the instructions and some do not understood? to play a disc to put more than this, and what that pkg? is it possible to simply finish the feature to be able to run just to drive - that Dark Sector is working ... and the other not ... !!
besides you did not answer anything about DVD-DL - perhaps buy one or more blank well, and you testing? I believe more than half the games have a size that will fit onto DVD-DL - and no need to use this expensive BDR - Dean, I believe in you ... do support DVD-DL ....
