need help gran turismo 5 does not work well anymore after upgrade of multiman

hi , i had an older version of multiman and the gt5 worked ok but i recently upgrade to 4.0 version of multiman and when i try to play gt5 it works ok at firs i can go to my garage pick cars , buy sell ,etc but when i go to a race i complete 1,2,3 or whatever laps the race is and when i complete the race it wont finish when i complete the race it limits the speed and i have no control of the car and the game wont givme credits or nothing what could happend what do i do?
do i need to erase the gt5 and make a new copy ?

please help

well i dont know if this would help to any one i fixed the problem , it wasnt the upgrade of the multiman , i was using my own music with the game , i deleted the music , i went back onthe game and i just went back to the original music files of the game , and that was it , its fixed hope this would help some one
