MultiMan wont switch games?
MultiMan wont switch games? –

Yesterday I got my PS3 updated it to 3.55 official firmware, then installed some geohot CFW and to be honest I had no Idea what it was, and for all I knew it very well COULD have bricked my new console, but after hours upon hours of research and boredom I got impatient. It sounds bad I come here bothering you, but probably not as bad as I'm making it. SO, where am I now? did it brick? and about multiman?
well, my 160GB slim did not brick and I see the install package files, I installed the multiman 1.14.00 from this site. I was so happy to see it in the XMB, now heres where my problem comes, I finish ripping turok to my internal hard drive and the rip completed
however
, I instert little big planet 2 (or one I dont know?) but when I load turok from the internal and choose "NO" to load it from the XMB It sends me to the XMB like I wanted but there is no turok, theres Little big planet!!
So, I try "Yes" load it from within multiman and now it just sends me to the XMB!! (without loading the game?) so here I am, I'm not very smart but I have a few predictions why this might be happening
Heres my first prediction, which is probably incorrect:
little big planet (in the drive,) has two differences between itself and turok
1: Little big planet has two discs, the game and extras disc
2: Little Big Planet had to do the installation when I put it in unlike turok
this may have caused it right?
Heres my second which makes alot more sense to me:
whenever I load up multimanager it says this exactly:
"multiMAN cannot detect any resident payload. Functionality may be restricted!"
I have know idea what a payload is, but I heard the term on the forums a few times in the past.
anyways, thats all I got so far. Thanks in advance for Any help.

Install 3.55 kmeaw firmware. The new versions of MultiMan no longer support Wutang/Geohot. Either that, or install lv2 patcher and an older version of MultiMan.

You need to fix permissions I`m guessing. Look it up mate. Even a separate package to fix all permissions somewhere!
Or...
I would update to kmaew or waninkoko v2 CFW.
Download a prepatched pup of kmaew for example (search this site), download a program called md5 so you can check the checksums to make sure your download is 100% and install it from recovery mode.
