Don't you mean "deank" rather than "Dearr" and/or "DEANRR" ?
I'm not sure what he may be called elsewhere, but here at psx-scene the creator of multiMAN goes by the user name "deank".
Also, on this site it's not the custom to create new threads each time an application has a new release or update. Here we usually just add a new post about it in the main release thread of that application, mostly accompanied by an update of its main release post as well. Unfortunately deank was not the original poster of his release thread, which has made him unable to update its first post himself. But that is no reason to flood the forum with separate threads on the same main subject.
It would be fine if he created a new thread himself, to take over as main release thread. We would welcome that. But it is not OK to make new threads each time some update or addition is made to an existing application, just to attract attention.
In all normal cases it is a new post in a release thread which is intended to make all readers of that thread aware that the thread now has new content. Posting separate news threads about it therefore serves no purpose. (Except for those too lazy to register and log in here, but they do not really 'count' as proper members of this site.)
