When i convert the .RAW to jpeg i got 0 bytes then i try'ed another convert it the same and i can't open .RAW. Is there another alternative ps3 screen shot games?

While in multiMAN (or in a game started with "DirectBoot") you can create screenshots in PNG format using the PS3's screenshot utility: Press {PS} button, go to "Photo" column and select "Screenshot". Also I believe if you launch "CodeUnique" it auto-enables the same screenshot function and it may work in any game you later load from multiMAN.
The RAW format for a screenshot generated inside mM can be read by IrfanView or Photoshop.
