How many files did the game have in total?
About 11,000..![]()

That's it. It must have a large bunch of smaller sized files, which take a sh*t load of time to be transferred individually. I had the same issue with transferring Demon's Souls via FTP once. The game was only 8GB in size and had around 12,000 odd files. The game took roughly 45 minutes to transfer. :P
FTP's faster.. It took only 9 mins.. transferring at 20mb/s..

Yea FTP is faster, also like lord suggested most hard drives, especially the PS3 have trouble with large amounts of small files. The constant read/write causes performance issues. Same thing happens on any computer in all honesty. When you sit there and move or delete a mass number of small files, your performance goes to shit.
And now i have a new problem with this game. When i lauch it, it says no pack.![]()
