Is there a specific reason, why we should post the language files on psx3hax.net?
I would like to keep posting my updated translation here at psx-scene, if that's okay.

Ok so Dean apparently moved over to another site, without giving any reason. Great. As I can see, the updates for multiman and the translations are only posted on this new site from now on. As I already mentioned in my previous post, I'm not interested in creating an account on that site. So there will be no more support for the german translation from my side. Maybe someone else will take care of it, I don't know.
You can remove my name from the credits and replace it with the one of the new translator (if there will be one), if you want to. I don't care.
It is your choice. If you post your translations here I'll use them. I have no clue about what is going on and the 'wars' between all the ps3 sites and I don't really care.
multiMAN has its own threads/forums at ps-3-news, psx-scene and ps3-hax... I don't see what the problem is?
I can't keep all of them updated.

Thanks. As I already said in the multiMAN thread: I'm sorry if my post may sounded a bit rude. I didn't mean to attack oder criticize Dean. It's his project and he can do whatever he wants.
Please clarify if that is merely due to space reasons, or because your code does not deal correctly with non-ASCII characters in those routines ! ... ?
I have translated those lines, using the Swedish characters "Ååö", but I am still very sure that the strings are just as short as the original English ones.
(Even when accounting for the two-byte nature of those Swedish characters.)
I always assumed as much, but I am still not fully certain if this is only a byte-count issue, or a routine complexity issue.It was easier to say "do not translate" then to explain: It won't work for 99% of the languages.
If you use only a-z A-Z (no tildes, etc etc, but simple latin/English chars) all will display ok.
(Some contexts might require standard ASCII-only, for entirely different reasons.)
So please clarify if it is just a byte-count limit issue or not.

I will post my update here, and leave it up to you whether to use it or not.
But I am not going to join yet another site just for contributing my translation.
(And then have to follow that site for updates/feedback forever more...)
Doing so is not an option.
I barely have time enough for the sites I use today. One more is out of the question.
