So does it mean it is mandatory to run this fix every time I backup or transfer game via FTP? I use Blackb0x v1.2 at the moment, as still did not managed to try mM's 'ftp'.
Sorry for Off Topic but just can't stop myself:
Your problem seems to be that you are thinking about number of posts as a way of measuring one's intelligence.
You would be surprised how many intelligent and smart people read mostly and they do not post a lot, cause finding answers somewhere and having not much to contribute. And they do not care about numbers of posts they have!
For me number of posts is irrelevant, as i saw great contributions by people with less than 10 posts.
Also i saw many who post more than 10 per day, yet 90% of this posts have nothing valuable in it.
Dude, change your attitude.
Said that, i agree that many people are too lazy to use search.
Another problem is that even with searching it's sometimes hard to find answer hidden in few posts in loooong thread.
And don't take it as a flame, please.
nope, just do it if u have problems with a certain game(u'll see 1xx new threads for every game requiring itor just check any of the compatibility lists) or it is not show in your game list when activating patch mode (r1) in mM.
imo blackbox's ftp is better than mM's, but what u might wanna try is ps3serv (network pc hosting) i only heard good about it (check 1st page for more info), tho havent come around to test it myself yet.
and i think bitsbubba was just jokingtho its true he is a bit spammy
for me post count doesnt really matter either, eg i have been following psx-scene since 06/07 tho never saw any need to sign up (i usually get all the answers i need myself), but then the ps3 scene started growing rapidly and i kinda got interested and started posting a bit![]()
essentially same here...ive browsed here anon till other day when dean said i should join...the other site i talked to him and condor on doesnt get much action...
i get what he means though...someone just asked on sky where to download the games from...somehow i doubt they had a high post count...shoot they didnt even read the rules/faq they agreed to upon joining clearly lol...or else they wouldve known answer..
Guys, please let's keep the thread clean. The last couple of days I wake up and find 3 or 4 pages with new posts and only a few with real questions and suggestions.
Dean
i remember on other site i and some others had asked about a screensaver other than the moving pic/dim...is the ability to have a looped vid clip instead of the moving pic there? ive got a blue matrix one i made for my jtag...
we could go through and clean it up a bit...maybe remove some of the needless posts.
ok,this sound silly,but i can't play avchd.
I put the movie under this folder /dev_hdd0/GAMES/MOVIE_1
And multiman already recognized it,I tab x it said"activate currently selected AVCHD video folder" and than i said "yes" than go to XMB.
Go to the video tab,and nothing..I put a USB stick see that if it mount to the USB,but nothing..
Can somebody enlight me the proper way to watch AVCH with multiman..thx
multiMAN v1.12.04 on FW3.15 with PL3.
Due to small HDD I can't have many games backuped on internal.
Using Blackb0x I deleted one game and transferred another, previously backuped and stored on external NTSC HDD.
After starting mM it freezes on startup screen - black background with "multiMAN is loading, please wait..." message at the bottom.
I tried several times after resetting PS3 - same problem.
Un- and then reinstalling mM helped.
Do mM 'remembers' folders and have problem when they are changed from outside application?
