I'm wondering about that too. Why only from external? Is there a possibility for future multiMAN releases to make that work with internal HDDs too?
Would be cool if you could explain that to us, dean.

Is it possible to create a link for an internal game to the external drive similar to a shadow copy?

hey ppls ive got a problem using the usb cfw loader 0.3 for playing ps2 backups
i have bc ps3 60, yeah and i can still play mine old ps2 games from the disks
i have Waninkoko V2 and I'm using MultiMAN 1.14.01 or 2,
i put the extracted iso to ps3 games folder with filezilla and multiman detected the ps2, but here is the catch, as mentioned i need a patched category_game_tool2.xml and i cant copy it over with filezilla so i need to use jaicrab’s usb fw loader, but i cant, i copy ps3 flash to usb and with the jaicrab fw usb loader 0.3.pkg, installed it fine but whean i wont to start it it gives me an error, so if someone know how to copy the xml with filezilla, or how to make a properly usb fw"get jaicrab to work" then pls tell me, thx

Just tried Tomb Raider Underworld and it works like a charm! Thanks Dean for this great update! I have just a question, i installed a theme but i don't like it, how can i go back to the original one? I deleted the folder of the theme i installed but everytime i run multiman the theme is still there!

Split Second works for you, I mean, you can actually play. Have you updated the game to the latest version because I stay on a black screen after cancelling the update..

I tested Apache Air Assault and Sega mega Drive collection and they work fine now.

uuh sorry i was too fast...yea here too with few other problems :/
i have updated the game and when the game has started i could see the splashscreen of the game and then the PS3 hangs
after restart i got a message, the database needs to rebuild, ok done.
then i tried again to start the game with SEL+X, i got a message that my game data is corrupted
OK, i have recopied the game to my external and tried again...
now iam always getting this error msg when starting games with SEL+X
"Error occured while moving game to new location!"

Also MultiMan hangs when using R2 "Setting access permissions, please wait..." on Split Second

I'am having issues with running Medal of Honor. When I launch it and deny the Update message, the message begins to flicker and nothing happen, but I can still quit the Game.

Same thing happens when I let it update.
I tried both, disc and discless mode, same result.

Anyone got an idea of whats wrong ?

Same here. Does it actually work for anyone with this combination (kmeaw CFW + multiMAN)?

MOH is working fine here, I'm using the latest version of multiMAN, but never had problems with it, even with older versions or using the 3.41/3.55 FW.

You have to use a disc to load the game, it doesn't work discless.

Most everyone here is on 3.55 KMEAW CFW, i doubt you will get much support for wanin cfw.
