Well ... I'm on the official MultiMAN topic, just asking a little question on MultiMAN and no one for answer me ?! I think I'm not off the topic ...
So someone please can explain me how to add manually games covers on MultiMAN ?
Not another question on how to install it or ho to use it as we can read on hundred pages ... just want a little information !
So please ...
PS : Don't tell me about the update covers functions of MultiMAN : I know that, I don't want to connect my PS3 ! Thanks
I installed 1.14.02, and when im booting games discless, and i can't see the game cover on app_home/PS3_GAME and i get error 80028F14, but games work with disc on. what did i do wrong?
When you copy the games' files from Assassin's Creed 1 to a DVD it works flawlessly via a backup manager.
--> Play PS3 Backup Games via DVD-R | PS3Hax Network
This might help to find a solution to improve the backup managers. If you can trick the BM in such a way that it thinks it is a Blu-Ray/DVD you are trying to load it might work.
Hummm thanks I know that (but someone's answering me, cool...), I'm using the Full pack with 920 covers ... but for example there is no cover for The Sly Trilogy (just an icon !)
So my question is how to add manually covers !?
Thanks to you ! Well I am not sure about the dimension ! But I have understand how to name it and where to place it ! But when I've tried it on Waninkoko V1 (and MultiMAN 1.12.XX don't remember :S), I have no way to copy on the covers folder ! I've tried using MultiMAN and Comgenie, both said the copy is done but the file isn't present ! I was wondering if it was about the cover's dimension. So I've tried to copy cover FROM the manager TO my external HDD and it's the same thing = MultiMAN and Comegenie were both telling me that files were copied and when I plug my HDD on my PC = no files oO
Anyway, now I Know the dimension of the covers, (and I'm on Waninkoko V2 + MultiMAN 1.14.02) I can give a new try ! Thanks to you !
EDIT : Simple question, simple answer, he just wrote me 1 sentence ... And that answers ...
Oh and if Deank is interested I've encounter some fun issues on Waninkoko V2 and MultiMAN 1.13.04 with a CECH-2104A Slim (just before using 1.14.02 since 1.14.00 doesn't have discless support) :
- Sometime I launch a game on MultiMAN (PoP Trilogy for example) and when I'm back on the XMB it shows me The Sly Trilogy ! oO Of course both games are on my internal HDD. Don't even test to launch the game ... First I was thinking I haven't choose the correct game on MultiMAN but I have seen that 3 times .... So no way ... Just a fun issue ! I relaunch MultiMAN and reselect my game, then back to XMB that shows the correct game !
Don't know if it's an CFW or Manager issue ... I've don't seen that on 1.14.02 for the moment ....
Another issue was on FAT 60Gb system (don't even know the exact model), using Waninkoko V2 and MultiMAN 1.13.04 all games that I've copied from external HDD to internal HDD were blocked at 99% ! And the console was freezing ! But after power off and power on back the games were 100% copied and working ... I haven't try with MultiMAN 1.14.02.
But Waninkoko V2 + MultiMAN 1.14.02 still have a really good compatibility ! I've tried to launch discless, a game that need a BluRay disc to works, on previous versions of MultiMAN that was gave me a black screen+freeze. On MultiMAN 1.14.02 it gives me back to XMB ! ... So seems like there's less freeze ...
