What is the use of lastGAME,

I understand its the "last game" you mounted.

But what about it. Is just to allow you to boot the same game again without going through multiman again, does it allow you to boot game again after turning off ps3.

    Many Thanks
    Yes, yes and yes.

Or does this executes the EBOOT.BIN from it's current location?
Depending on the payload (fw 3.41) it will mount and execute from /dev_bdvd or /app_home or directly the EBOOT.BIN. In all cases the spawned game will have multiMAN's GAMEID, which doesn't work with some games or causes troubles with game data/saves.

    Thanks,
No. If you need it you can run package_finalize on the PKG and it will install.

multiMAN checks the permissions when you launch the game and will fix it. Just in case - I added [R1] in FW 3.55 to do it manually if user desires.

Seems to. I have no problems runnin from external. If I do its when first installing game to external. I run that (the external app ) and it works great. I'm not sure if multiman does the external drive, but the other standalone package seems to.

You need a shell for SSHD, don't you?

I also got stuck on Multimanager is loading, or something similar, when lv2.pkg was not present.

A few minutes ago I just tried as you suggested and installed from first post. Now the lv2.pkg does NOT have to be there for MM to load. I must have done something strange before. Tried it multiple times with hard reboots in between and no luck when lv2.pkg was not installed.
Well all is good now and I would like to thank you for the quick support and a VERY nice job on MM. It's the best manager around!

Going to try this new version when I get home. Has anybody experienced any freezing/lock-ups yet with it?
