I have added the USB.cfg folder to the appropriate destination /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/ and it just isn't doing anything. Please if anyone can help me, maybe I have overlooked something. That would be great. Thanks

Yea I am aware of that. Well thought I would post anyway. Ill just stick to ftping my mkvs to a folder. Seems to do the trick

Never tried this put I looked around online to see if I could help out. If you haven't already done that I would say just try that.

(and sorry if someone already saw & suggested this)
While using the new 4x2 mode and entering Photo, Music, Video or Retro it would be better to hide the title from right under each item. It slows down the animation (zoom in/out of the cover & title) when the title is too long and fills two rows instead of one (disabling the animation works but well, it sucks like this). It would be good to have an option to hide the title altogether because it's already displayed in the middle of the screen. Just like in the case of the Game sub-menu => 8 covers but without titles under each of them (so just the one in the middle of the screen).
And another request regarding the new 4x2 mode... but this may need too many changes:
- a rearrangement of the first 8 items in 4x2 mode.
So instead of FM/mmOS, multiMAN, Settings, ..., Game it would be much more useful to have something like:
Game - Video - Music - Photo
Retro - Showtime - mmOS - Quit (or Favorites instead of Quit)
...then we wouldn't need to change the page just to get to Retro and rarely used items like multiMAN and Settings would be on the second page.
A tool / options for us to arrange them ourselves is too much to ask for I guess...
I know 5x4x5 would solve this but I'm a huge fan of the 4x2 mode.
p.s. Crazy how far multiMAN has come. Great work!
im not sure if its been asked before, but now "create a shortcut" option actually creates a shortcut on the desktop of the mmOS, how do you make shadow copy/hardlinks now?
i also didnt found the navigation.txt, just the nav.jpg(or was it png?), that had the old controls for the file manager.
oh and before i forget, i saw that new option to disable the 2gb cache partition(devhdd1) is it safe to deactivate it? is it actually used on anything?
You can Copy/Paste as link. navigation.txt is in the distributed rar. You can disable dev_hdd1 - it is used for storing temporary files. If you disable it - /dev_hdd0 will be used.
