I Googled it for you one last time:

Thank you very much, shame you still had to do it in a way thats still insulting. Perhaps people skills arent your strong point but as i dont know you i wouldnt want to make any assumptions. But this is alittle of topic so ill just say thanks again and be on my way.

LOL
I do love the way you handled this situation.
I see it's your sixth post, when I first found out about all this I believe that I read from page 1-700 or so, just for me to learn everything about this.
I think there is another thank you which should be given since you did learn a very important lesson and that is to try to figure out problems then ask a question. Before I ask a question (which is soooo easy) I use the search function first, then ........

multiMAN ver 2.00.04 UPDATE (20110611_143000):
Updated to the latest build above and none of my retro ROM covers are showing from XMMB. I know the names have to match exactly but they were working before except for the MM support limitations of not allowing a huge amount of covers.
I have checked using my knowledge to see what this might be but can't see the issue. Any ideas dean or somebody else? The only retro ROM covers showing with the previous version was for SNES anyhow. I have ROMS for 3 different emulators. The only ones that have showed have been for SNES to this point. None of my ROM covers for GEN & NES have shown from XMMB. Thanks!
BTW, my ROMS are on internal HDD.

Are you saying the games show but not the cover? Or the games don't show at all?

@Deank
Hi man,
First, my respects. I want to ask if is hard to add PNG support to covers in MM? If is not so hard can you please add it in one of next version? I will like to add 3D covers and i need transparency. And if you can increase the sises of the covers, now they are 260x300 and a little bigger it will be nice if is possible. I will put a cover sample at the bottom.
And another thing, i will like to make a suggestion for a new view mode. Its like cover flow, so you can rotate trough covers with the game background but on the right you can see the back cover of the game. That will be very nice if will be added in the future. Here is a example, sorry for how is made but is for helping to grasp the idea.
Thank you very much for your work and i can wait to start working on those 3D covers.

I'm talking about the actual retro covers not showing from XMMB. My roms are showing on the HDD. I have them here:
/dev_hdd0/game/FCEU90000/USRDIR/roms/
/...................../GENP00001/USRDIR/roms/
/...................../SNES90000/USRDIR/roms/
They're all in .zip format with matching titles to the covers. I used condorstrike's cover pkg's so I know this area is okay. They were working before except only showing SNES retro covers.
I have a ton of ROMS and know this isn't nothing other than MM limitations. The retro covers not showing now is puzzling.
BTW, I can launch the actual game ROMS from MM file manager just fine and also from the separate emulators. Refreshing from MM also does no good.

I have this same problem. After the update before last, my genesis covers wouldn't show up anymore. The games would still but just the covers stopped working.
The way I look at multiMAN right now is that its in a state of flux. DeanK is implementing a big idea every update or so and he seems to be toying around with a lot of cool ideas but, every now and then, it means he cuts a feature or two. Usually, the features are back within a day or week (like PNG or ZIP support).
Anyways, If you're tired of things changing every other day or so, my suggestion is to wait for the major front page releases instead of the updates. Those tend to be more solid and less experimental.

Sure enough! I went back the stable version from the front page & now my rom covers show up. However, only certain ones unlike before from that version. Only a few SNES are showing but none of my GEN or NES. I have a bunch more matching NES titles but these retro covers aren't there at all.
