Neither 'Super Mario' nor the emulator that lets you run it are any part of the multiMAN project. The only thing they have to do with multiMAN is that the new multiMAN version supports invocation of such emulators. But they are NOT part of the multiMAN project.

But SNES9x remains an independent project in its own right, and it is the subforum dedicated to that emulator to which you should bring any complaints you may have about any change in its control response times. But personally I suspect that it may be your choice of shaders or other settings that has made the response sluggish, as that is a common effect of combining overly demanding settings in an emulator.
NB: For further discussion of such matters, please proceed to the SNES9x subforum.

That's true enough, but for anyone who intends to keep using multiMAN it is easier to just install the new BDEMU2 package, since that will overwrite the old BDEMU.BIN file with the new one. This is what I did myself when that new version was released some time ago.

The BDEMU2.rar file directly attached to this thread is trustworthy.

so, did i do anything wrong here? :S i experienced a difference from the stand-alone snes9x, so yeah.. i was just pointing out that NOW i recieved a delay in the controls, that i did not have with the stand-alone version of snes9x. But your probably right, i should take it up in the other thread, just tought i should do it here, since its a multiman implementation.

and Deank, Thanks alot! my two favourite consoles are SNES and PSX, so for me, this is pure awesome. may i ask what emulators you are planning to add, since i think i saw you mention adding some more earlier.
multiMAN ver 2.00.02 UPDATE (20110528_172000)_WITH_SNES9X_and_SHOWTIME.rar (36.13 MB)
* Improved: Added threaded processing for photo/music/video/game/favorites/retro columns
* Improved: Added threaded processing for loading jpg/png images in XMMB mode
* Improved: TVs with 480p/576p resolution will show XMMB and slide-coverflow modes a bit better
With this update XMMB mode is almost perfect (except the missing groups/folders/albums). Photo column is a pleasure to browse, games/video don't lag anymore... Much much better than yesterday.
Give it a try.
