Are you still trying to launch it from bd rom when get there? There should be an avchd icon on the external in xmb after it activates. That is where you want to launch the movie from when on xmb.

Ohh ok, saw the icon when I went to the hdd under video but it still fails to actually play.

    Below are my observations:

Folder was originally named Avatar but this was renamed by Multiman to AVCHD and a file TitleBackup.txt created storing the previous name of the folder (avatar).

The error message has changed to "The video cannot be played (80029941)"

Really sorry if I am being bother, I am usually good at understanding these things and able to assist myself however this one I haven't had any luck with.

EDIT: I believe this may be related to how the avchd was created, this is my first time creating one and I may not have done so properly.

No bother, The thread is for multiman related issues. This issue seems to be related to video though and not mm so much. How did you create the avchd? If it was bd structure converted to avchd structure in mm it may be a java related problem. I don't think bdj will work.

The avchd structure was created from a blu-ray disc.

I responded to your pm. If you need further help with this, as it being video issue and not really mm issue, Dean may rather you make new thread instead of using the sticky for further discussion.
