OK this is weird.. i just put a game on my external and when i started up multiman all my games i previously had showed on list just fine.. however my new game didnt show up.. i went into file manager and copied the game to internal.. at last my game was shown... then i copied back to external and now it shows external.. what happened.. devusb\GAMEZ is the directory i always used and had no problems, until the .15 update any suggestions to avoid having to do this every time?

Hi,

Multiman allows us to update it from a PS3 connected to internet, but it also has been confirmed by the scene that as soon as the PS3 boots with internet access, information is sent to Sony servers from a scan to check if the console has a CFW.

So to avoid getting banned, especially one's own PSN account that is tied to the PS3 user account and that cannot be removed (try and see for yourself), I wonder what's the exact network setup with router and/or firewall to block Sony communications but allow Multiman at the same time ?

The most complete info I could find is this thread, but some doubts are still left in the end : Is there a way to block sony and just use web browser

Can I just Download Multiman Full version (not the Mega) but later just add one individual theme like the above by shagratt71 ?

The Mega pack is too large for my limited internet speeds and quota.

Just download the base pack, then add whatever themes you want.

Thanks for you reply. But the Base pack don't contain covers. So won't that be a problem showing the covers on the Theme?
