can someone please answere my questions on page 1744 ? :-)
I went to update my MM for the first time since installing this on my ps3 from day 1....anyway I have 1.17 installed and I went to update through MM (it said it was done...in like 1 sec) i went to install packages it was only 1kb in size and then it gave me an error....so my question is what exactly do I need to do to update to 4.01...(I'm downloading the full version right now but I wasn't sure since I was updating from such an old version if I needed to do full or base...
So my question is do I need to update manually with 4.01 base or full (wanting some of the newer art covers)
@byhova, you need to install the full release manually. The link to the full release is on the first page of this thread. Then you can later update to the latest versions after that via online.
In this sub-forum (sticky topics) find the topic of MCLUB game covers and install that also, to have all the latest game covers--if that's what you meant about "art covers"--whatever that means?
i was wondering if i can play ffvii by downloading the right roms and then install them somehow in multiman.....is it possible??

I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to put this or not so I will try here first (I apologize if it’s in the wrong section)....First I want to thank everyone for the help and input so far everything has worked and it is all going good.....However here lies my next problem I had all my games stored on an external 1TB hard drive (every game on here worked) well I put all my games on my 500gb internal, I had 3-4 on there in the beginning and everything worked together (Reason for doing so my wife was tired of looking at the bright blue external drive on the entertainment center...Now my problem I have now moved most on my games to my internal with leaving some on the external as there is not much room left 50gb or so (for the rest of my games) however Now NONE of my games on my external work....All of them give me the same error...."An error has occurred trying to move to new location"....All the games on the external now bring up this error but All(but 1) of my internal work *the games are all stored in the /gamez folder...So any help to resolve this issue will be but appreciated...
My second question is 1 game on my internal Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: gives me an error message "put on external drive or change the title name (something to that affect not sure word for word)" so I tried to play it on my external that’s when I noticed the error mentioned above about the external drive (so I checked the rest and all are doing the same)...what do I need to do to fix this problem...
*Please note the only change in the last 8 months was upgrading from MM to 1.17 to 4.01 (I know this is not the problem just trying to give as much detail as possible)
Has anyone else noticed the UPDATE 4.01.02 and the update of Showtime 3.05.26. Noticed this about an hour ago on the PS3 Fatty
Yeah, you skipped a year of updates, not a big deal. There is an option called "GAME SETTINGS" where you can set specific options for each game. Don't use options you don't understand (like BD-Mirror or Ext. Game Data). Check the games you have problems with and edit their settings. Multiman is great .... when i use splitter, will multiman automaticly merge parts? Can i use splitter and for .mkv large files? Will multiman join them ?
Multiman 4.01.02 and the new 4.01.03 doesnt work like shit with the latest rebug cwf.
Yesterday when i had Kmeaw it worked in an instant no problems at all and today i installed rebug and its doesnt work. Its slow as hell, does find my pc but doesnt find any files/games.
I always liked Kmeaw becouse it just does its job and no bullshit.
