let me start by saying I love the XMMB mode :)
but I miss the way you could quit multiMAN with the circle button in the other modes
could this be implemented into your next update?, as the button currently has no purpose when pressed on its own in XMMB mode
Trying to play Green Day rock band from DVD-R (backed up disk to internal which doesn't work, only works when on external USB or original BD-ROM).
Ripped using an older version of multiman from retail so files are fine. Nothing shows up in multiman at all when the disk is inserted. PSX backups show and work fine.
Have the ps3 game and ps3 update folders and the ps3 sfb file in the root of the disk, nothing else. burning using i m g b u r n
thank you in advance.
XMMB is not a display mode. It's MM Setup mode. In order to quit MM in XMMB you go to the far left selection and then scroll down to Quit or Turn Off your PS3.

So find games that can be played discless, and if they fit on a DVD-R you will be OK. Check compatibility lists for MM and PS3, they should tell you wish games can be played discless.

Im aware of the many options in the "multiMAN" column, i often use it to restart my PS3 :)
I just think quitting multiMAN could be made a bit quicker :)
thank you for your reply ;)
how do you think about a function to sort themes by folders
and a function to delete themes (without filemanager)
and a function to disable that old themes are mixed with new if the theme, that is active, misses some pictures
so that every time you will active a new theme you get the default theme settings(font, background, etc.) and then the available theme pictures overwrites the original ones
Today i downloaded a videoclip and i want to use it as a motion background.
I converted the video into divx and renamed then put the file into multiman usrdir directory.
Everything is playing fine and working only problem is that the video is playing a little bit faster so the sound also go's faster.
but when i open the divx file with the player included in multiman or from my computer sound and video is playing smoothly like it has to be.
Is there a way to fix this problem?
if anyone can help me i really appreciate it since i have searched everywhere for a solution and tryed diffrent movie clips but all the same.
Going crazy, been using multiMAN for almost a year now love it, but can't for the life of me get games to install game data to external HDD. Installed Hermes payload, switched to Hermes. Opened game editor and selected Ext game data (still grayed out, is this normal?) loaded game, returned to XMB started game but it still installed dat to internal HDD. Working with old 80gb ps3 so I need to put game data to external. Any help greatly appreciated. I'm assuming I just over looked some minor detail. Thanks in advance
