multiman help pretty please

Hi all, I really need some help please. I have updated my multiman from 1.15.05 to 1.16.14. I am having big problems when playing prince of persia forgotten sands which requires select and x. Everytime I press these buttons, multiman goes to xmb but the disc icon keeps showing the last game played and not prince of persia. It only does this for this game all other games that require select and x show their proper icons.

Try running fix permissions that's built into Multiman on the game.

tried it mate will not work, if i wanted to go back to 1.15.05 would i have to uninstall this bdemu pkg and the multiman and also will it affect my already games installed on my internal and external hdrive thnx

Just install 1.15.05. It will just override the previous version. Shouldn't affect anything but Multiman.

I have uninstalled pop then re installed but it keeps giving me the error after pressing select and x it goes to xmb and says error 80028f22 error occurred during startup

LV2 V9 is old and unless you aren't on Kamew 3.55 you don't need it. All you need is BDEMU.bin.

im on kmeaw and it used to work without lv2 but now i cant get it to work without running lv2 maybe its not like this with everyone but if i dont run lv2 i cant emulate bd drive

But you do not say if you installed any BDEMU*.PKG to replace the now obsolete lv2 patcher. That is what you are supposed to do in order to use recent multiMAN versions on a firmware without any game-backup payload built in (such as "CFW 3.55 kmeaw").

And unlike the lv2 patcher, this BDEMU fix is one you just install once and then don't have to touch again, since multiMAN will auto-invoke it as and when needed.

I wouldn't go as far as saying that Lv2 patcher is obsolete as it is still used by many to run Linux, but for multiMAN yes the best option would be BDEMU.pkg
