Hey m@trix,
I know nothing about webpage design so don't know how hard/easy it would be to improve but, the input method is a little awkward and user unfriendly.
Some input windows and drop-down selections for yes/no would make it so much easier and quicker.

yeah! i've been asking the administrator and other updaters to make use of my suggested improvements before but it's still on debate. it is quite a job to reformat a page again. thanks a lot!
