multiman cannot enable bd-rom emulator after i use PSN Spoof enabler

I am having major issues with Multiman after i use the PSN Spoof Enabler [4.31] [KMEAW]. I am still on 3.55 kmeaw and i wanted to update my trophies... But when i use the enabler i got the problem when loading Multiman," multiman cannot enable bd-rom emulator functionality may be restricted". Lucky for me the problem was fixed when i used the disabler... Any suggestions?

Any suggestion would be great. Or am i the only one having this problem... Or are there other ways...
