@deank:
I'll update the first page with the two RAR attachments for version 1.10.11 and a new thread title to match.
Btw:
Maybe I'm missing a point here...
Is there any real advantage to having the separate 'update' packages ?
Apart from having a slightly smaller download, I mean ?
As I understand it, installing the full package (by which I mean the one of appx 2MB) over an older version will have the same effect as using the smaller 'update' package, with no difference whatever in the total end results. Right ?
So for site purposes the 'update' packages just add redundant download attachments, and serve to confuse all new users, who have to use the larger packages anyway.

I'd like both threads closed if you point me to the proper section to post all-in-one thread for multiMAN, which I can manage.

Sure, I can do that after you've opened a new release thread, and will then also add links to the new thread from the old closed threads.
Still, the same thing will probably happen occasionally in the future too, and for such cases you will again have to decide if the new posts of a redundant thread are worthy of merging it into the main thread or not. Given the current chaotic user group this kind of 'reposted news' occurs daily...
The most proper forum would probably be this one:if you point me to the proper section to post all-in-one thread for multiMAN, which I can manage.
Open Source & Homebrew Jailbreak
It already contains 'sticky' release threads for some other backup managers, so it would be quite natural for your multiMAN to be there as well. The only problem with it is that it already has far too many 'sticky' threads (18) which means that each new page in that forum mostly repeats the same 'sticky' stuff you saw on previous pages...
And since your users are used to look for info here in the 'Latest News' forum, it will be OK by me if you open a new thread here for it, though it would then be a good idea to include a remark in its first post stating that you, being the author of the program, want this new thread to replace the older ones. (Otherwise other admins might remove the new thread, as being redundant.)
In any case, the important thing here is for you to be the original poster of this new thread, so that you have full control over its first post. The location of that thread is less important, as it is fairly simple for me or other admins to move the thread to another forum if we decide that this would be a better choice.
Edit:
I won't be doing anything further here for the next 8-10 hours anyway, as it is 1:00 AM here now, and I need some sleep before getting up tomorrow (formally today I guess) and also have some other stuff to do then. But I will check in here sometime tomorrow, ready to close the old threads if you've made one to replace them by then.

I going to be making a new forum soon, for just the "backup managers" and all the "problem games" and stuff.
Then there will be one main thread for each of the top main managers that being used and updated, "giga", "rogero", "multiman", "open manager", "moh.original", etc.
Still there will be need every now and then to make a "front page" post that is CLOSED and redirect people to the main thread, that is complete and updated, otherwise people don't know it been updated, 99% of users just browse the main page and then leave.
I going to see if I can work on this soon, maybe tonight or early in the morning.
For now please see this thread:
http://psx-scene.com/forums/f6/multi...-2010-a-69429/
As it is always updated, and I closing this one.
Thanks.
giga ? you mean Gaia right .lol
In the next update:
* Cover mode 3 will show the cover if available (or COVER.PNG for AVCHD titles) (look at the attached images)
* Clicking on [GAMES] in file manager will show the initial cover mode (set in the .ini)
* In the picture viewer: images will slide into the screen and UP/DOWN will zoom to fit H/V
* In file manager: when user enters a new folder, mouse pointer will go to the [..] entry
* On inactivity in game cover modes the legend and device list will also disappear
... and probably some other things I can't remember at the moment.
