Because you can't install it on OFW 3.41 with JB dongle.
Actually the question is why I still release the "WT" packages, when it is for few people using funny firmwares like Wnk/GH.

Does both BDROM and BDEMU have to be installed?
There is no program named BDROM, and BDEMU is obsolete and replaced.

BDROM-Reset is optional, as you can do the same thing just by starting multiMAN and exiting from it again, but when you just want to drop the path redirections BDROM-Reset is a faster way to do it. (But it may need recoding to cope with the Hermes-style redirection anyway.)
