kmeaw 3.55 + gaia manager + multiman problems ! please check !

Hi there!

i'm having some problems, i will try to explain these problems very carefully so that everyone can understand them.

Now i recently bought a PS3 slim it had 3.50 firmware, i updated this with the original 3.55 sony update. Ok that's that.
Then i installed kmeaw cfw 3.55 patched PUP using recovery mode then i installed LV2 (i didn't know if this was needed but i did it anyway).
Everything ok here for now.
Then i installed Gaia manager V2.02 and multiman 1.13.02.
I have backed up an original bd of fifa 11, copy'd it and worked fine.
Then i downloaded from ******, sports champions, start the party, tron evolution need for speed hot pursuit.

Start the party = worked perfectly without the need for external HDD and normal disc run.

Sports champions = copy'd it with multiman and after that i try to load it, i can see it on package file on the xmb with the big screen in the back and then i click X, then i see the icon for move controller, that you have to stay far and stuff like that and after that it goes back to the XMB ?? I also tried running through disc but the same problem occurs. I tried with gaia manager, exactly the same problem.

Tron evolution = now here is a tricky one, i try to install this one with multiman or gaia manager but it doesn't work, i mean when i click back up on multiman, it shows that it's backing it up but shows only 1+ GB, but the file is 4,95GB, i just let it be and when it reaches 100% it just keeps on going but it keeps on going VERY SLOW, i'm talking 1GB in 10min, so this is not normal, normally it takes up to i think 6min for 5GB ? exactly the SAME problem with gaia.
Then i tried to start the game with the HDD, the game starts with the move controller thing and then it says need to install game to hard drive (for faster reading i guess like most games) i do this but man it also takes up to 2 hours to install the game wich is not normal !!

Need for speed hot pursuit = exactly the same problem as Tron evolution.

+ what is multiman's Last game file ?

+ which one would everyone one recommend, multiman or gaia ?

+ something out of the question, is it normal that call of duty black ops doesn't work that smooth ? Because i was on the xbox 360 it was perfect but sold my xbox for the ps3 but on the PS3 it's not that smooth, does it have to do with the servers of call of duty black ops ?

me too with nfshp. I copy disc on multiman. Starts up saying "Copying over 4001+ files (.0196+ GB), please wait. after about a minute its at 100% but copied data keeps going up til its hits 6154.21 mb and then it just sits there.
