Just wondering keep trying to backup twisted metal to external. 12 gigs and 2 hrs later still copying. So i rip to hdd. No probs. ftp to pc so i can load on external but keep getting "could not read from transfer socket:ENOBUFS - Out of memory

the are regular files and a couple of videos, they are not that big either.
up to date with multiMan.
edit. was wireless but still get same error when wired connection too.
it also locks up after a bit. have to hard reboot .

if you backed it up successfully to internal, then why don't you just use multiman's copy feature to transfer to external drive? hit triangle then hit copy

first of all i would like to say sorry for the tittle of my thread, went to edit and all went wrong..(fixed)
second i tried to copy to usb but no luck like i said " 2 hrs and 12 gigs later still copying"
copies way slow.so i thought it would be faster just to ftp then rip all unnecessary items from game.
but i keep getting that error and i quit after about a half hr and 72 failed transfers.
guess I'm stuck with it internal o well.
BTW i did the Sig.(TB HAters)

know where there is a link for a earlier build(2.0.2 or something) never had problems with backing up until i updated.

sounds like your internal is out of space

goto system information in settings and check.

sorry. what I meant was you have a working backup on your internal right? don't try to copy from the disc to your external. Try to copy from your internal backup to your external. It's gonna take a while because of the number of files and directories. Nothing you can do about it. Let it run overnight when you're not playing your system and you won't notice how long it will take. Your ps3 will shut off after a little while when it's done

oh and don't try to rip unneded files off of TB games. Skyrim will crash and Dead Rising 2 off the Record will freeze if you even edit the PARAM.SFO

So i have to have same amount of free space on hdd as the transfer file? Is this new. Never had problem before.
(Can a mod or someone fix the thread tittle have tried 3 times. ThanX)
