I think I am getting this wrong. I have installed KMEAW CFW 3.55 and used blackbox ftp and multiman transfer games I got from the internet. Before I go on I have legally purchased Assassins Creed Brotherhood but one of my kids snapped the disc and so I am left with a broken game and wanted to download the game.

I installed filezilla program on my windows 7 computer and was able to transfer the folder that said Assassins Creed Brotherhood JB and after transfering it does not even recognize their is a game in the ps3 internal hdd 01 hard drive. am I doing something wrong? I have not used ps3 game splitter or anything...

    1. game from net
    2. ps3 running kmeaw 3.55 cfw
    3. ftp using blackbox or multiman
    4. used filezilla ftp client on pc to transfer from pc to ps3
    5. used internal ps3 hdd_01 hard drive (folder name is Assassins Creed Brotherhood JB.. i did not rename the folder, i am not sure what to rename folder.. and inside folder had a whole bunch of files... no other folders inside)
    6. went to multiman to see if it was there and nothing... am i doing something wrong?

Sorry to bump this topic but i'm having problems using the ftp mode from mm.
It's been a while that i used the ftp service. In the past i used blackbox ftp server and never had any connection problems.

Today i tried to transfer some files to my HDD using the ftp mode from MM.
So when i enter Flashfxp i'm filling in the right info and i choose to use the ACTIVE MODE instead of the passive.

Altough i used the active mode i'm still having no directory listing and this is what i get in my status windows

    Code:
    WinSock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 1.0.0c 2 Dec 2010

I'm sorry but the auto-translation tags no longer work on this site.
You will need to use the English language here.

    Best regards: dlanor

    nobody that can help me?

    //edit\\

well here is a bit more information.
My PS3 is connected with an UTP cable to my router. My laptop is wireless connected to the same router.
The settings i use for network settings are the following:

    Ip adres: automatic
    Subnetmask: automatic
    Primair DNS: automatic
    Secondair DNS: automatic
    MTU: automatic
    Proxy: Not using
    UPnP: disabled

the ip adres of my router is 192.168.1.1 and i reserved 192.168.1.201 as IP for my PS3.
So it's getting always the same adres.

In multiman the ftp service is on auto-start.
And i'm using Flashfxp, in the settings there i choose to use the ACTIVE mode instead of passive one.

With those settings i'm getting the ****ing 550 error

Here is how I got FlashFXP to work.

-In FlashFXP select Site then Site Manager from the Menu bar
-Then if you do not already have your ps3 as a site then add it
-Ok on the General tab make sure the Anonymous box is checked and that the correct IP address and you have port 21
-On the Options tab under "List Command" I selected LIST under "List Parameters" I selected Default. Under "Data Connection Mode" I selected Active Mode (PORT). The rest of the options on that tab are left alone.
-Give those settings and see if they get FlashFXP working for you
