How ro install Multiman on CFW 3.55

Hi,

I have just jailbroken my ps3 for the first time. I want to backup my all my games, can anyone provide me with a walkthrough on how to install Multiman?

Also, does the Rogero backupmanager work?

I downloaded the multiman file however when I extract there are loads of different files, not one PKG file.....

The Rogero manager only had one PKG file...

Can anyone give me a walkthrough on how to install Multiman?
