Because it doesnt seem to work or am i doing it wrong?
On help tab in my back up manager Multiman latest version it says that i have to press "circle" or "select+circle" to copy or move a folder but i cant seem to do that because nothing happens when i press these keys.
Im trying to move my GT5 folder over from external 800gb fat32 hdd to internal because it give me an error on boot and the manager tells me to transfer it to internal.
So how is it done or is it not working properly?

either you have the copy function disabled in your options.ini or just a bad install

I have got a question. I have transfered b-ups to my internal with ftp and damn it takes a long time. I was just wondering. Isn't it possible to remove my ps hdd and hook it to my pc as a usb drive and then transfer the files to the folder on the drive? It should go much much faster than ftp. After the transfer hook the hdd back to the console. Anyone knows?

no your PC will only see an unrecognized format, can't be done

you cant remove and connect to usb enclosure
pc wont detect your hdd...
what i do is i transfer usb hdd to internal via ps3 multiman file manager mode...
you wont have a problem if you have a good dump sometimes it will took some time to transfer observe the transferred data if its moving if not cancel it and try again...
if all else fails possible a bad dump or bad copy in hdd...
