how do I use Multiman Update feature?

It might be a dump question but how do I use the update within Multiman? I click on update, it downloaded the file to HD, then what? I cannot install it from the package since it does not read my HD. TIA.

plug a external HD or a usb stick and you will be able to install it from installing package.
