How do I get Multiman to change 4.31 games to work with 4.30?

I managed to edit the .SFO files with the .SFO editor, but then something weird happened...the game disappeared completely from MM! I checked to see if I deleted it by mistake, but nope, it was there. Just that MM didn't recognize it.

What happened?
